Ciao a tutti domani vado al fresco, alle 22 ho il volo per l’Islanda; vado a passare 14 giorni il più poossibile immerso nella natura islandese camminando e dormendo in tetnda.
Per l’occasione assieme ai miei compagni di viaggio abbiamo messo su un blog www.quasiarrivati.com ; è stato fatto abbastanza in velocità e per ora rimane così, in futuro vedremo cosa diventerà!

Apple’s new privacy policy contains a small new paragraph of big importance: it gives the company license to store “the real-time geographic location of your Apple computer or device” and share it with “partners and licensees.” As if we haven’t had enough privacy kerfuffles of late.
Apple goes on to assure customers in the remainder of the new clause that location data is “collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you.” Still, there seems to be no effective method of opting out of the data storage and sharing, as you’ll need to agree to the new terms and conditions before downloading new apps or any media from the iTunes store

Due notizie interessanti riguardanti le scelte di Apple nei confronti degli standard aperti e del software open source.
Apple sfrutta gli standard del web per business
Chiaro, ovvio, prevedibile. Il supporto tecnico e morale ad HTML5 è utile a Apple per portare avanti la battaglia contro flash. Potrebbero anche essere realmente interessati agli standard aperti ma dopo la mossa di abilitare la navigazione nelle pagine demo HTML5 solo a sasfari ci teniamo il beneficio del dubbio. Poi scopri che è necessario installare quicktime, che vengono usati codec proprietari e forse i dubbi se ne vanno.

Io non capisco cosa porti a scegliere Apache2 come licenza…
